1. About our services
AProfessional Driving School is an educational institution certified by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) as a third party administrator (TPA). We provide driving education services, license examinations, and driver improvement courses with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
2. Cancellation and rescheduling policies
Driving lessons:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $30 USD charge.
This charge applies to cover operational and scheduling costs.
Rescheduling is subject to schedule availability.
Booking deposit:
A $20 USD deposit is required to confirm any class or exam.
The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice.
The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon class completion.
3. Exam and retake policies
Written exam (permit):
Second attempt: $40 USD (if not passed on first try).
Attempt limit: maximum 3 attempts at AProfessional.
External attempts: attempts taken at other schools count toward total limit.
After limit: must complete process directly at department of licensing.
Written exam (external students):
Second attempt: $80 USD (for students who did not take their first exam at AProfessional).
Practical driving exam:
Second attempt (AProfessional students): $70 USD.
Second attempt (external students): $120 USD.
External students are those who did not pass at another school on their first attempt.
4. Age requirements and special licenses
Restricted license (age 15):
Available from 15 years of age.
To take the practical exam, must wait 1 year and 1 day after obtaining permit.
Alternative: may take practical exam upon turning 18 years old.
Additional state restrictions apply.
International licenses:
Holders of valid licenses from other countries are exempt from drug & alcohol course (TLSAE).
Must present valid and translated documentation per FLHSMV requirements.
Additional terms and conditions apply based on country of origin.
5. Quality commitment
Certified instructors with proven experience.
Vehicles equipped with dual safety systems.
Updated curriculum according to Florida laws.
Bilingual support available.
FLHSMV-approved facilities.
6. Liability limitations
AProfessional Driving School does not guarantee exam passage, as results depend on individual student performance. Our commitment is to provide the best possible preparation and training.
7. Terms modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after publication on our website.
